Are there any recommended PHP scripts or resources for building a community website?

Building a community website requires various features such as user registration, login, profile management, forums, messaging, and more. One recommended PHP script for building a community website is "phpBB," which is a popular open-source forum software. Additionally, resources like "BuddyPress" can be used to add social networking features to a WordPress site, making it suitable for community websites.

// Sample PHP code using phpBB for building a community website

// Include the phpBB configuration file
define('IN_PHPBB', true);
$phpbb_root_path = './forum/';
$phpEx = substr(strrchr(__FILE__, '.'), 1);
include($phpbb_root_path . 'common.' . $phpEx);

// Your custom code for integrating phpBB with your community website
// For example, you can use phpBB functions to handle user registration, login, forums, etc.
